Sleep diet exercise were and still are the three pillars of a healthy lifestyle and this would be the focus of maintaining a strong immune system which would be greatly needed in the post 9/11 world.
In the Covid, post Covid world there is even more stress and the immune system is challenged more than ever before. Mental spiritual and emotional health need support and healthy lifestyle is the first defense.
