My intention being to incorporate the concept of healthy lifestyle into a space that embraced products and ideas presented by an informative list of contributors. Sleep diet exercise were and still are the three pillars of a healthy lifestyle and this would be the focus of maintaining a strong immune system which would be greatly needed in the post 9/11 world.
In the Covid, post Covid world there is even more stress and the immune system is challenged more than ever before. Mental spiritual and emotional health need support and healthy lifestyle is the first defense.
THE WELLNESS CAFE is relaunching virtually on THE NORMALIFE platform. We offer free membership and access to all the information I personally curated.

At this virtual space are the practices I have researched and developed over many years, aided by the wisdom and insight from respected experts and pioneering industry leaders I have been fortunate to meet. This is what works for me, and I hope it will be helpful to you, too.
