All full-priced apparel may be returned within 30 days if another size is needed and a return slip is in every box.

To return:
We provide a FedEx shipping label with your order to place on the outside of your packaged return. Please retain a copy of the tracking number from your label for your records. Your return can be dropped off at any FedEx collection box or given to your FedEx carrier.

Please Note: $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if our FedEx label is used.

Should you choose not to use our provided label, you may return using any other secured shipping carrier method but we cannot accept liability.

Alterations

How do I cut the Spat Legging?
1. Measure how much shorter you want the pant.
2. Take a ruler and a pencil or chalk to mark where to cut.
3. Use a sharp scissor and cut in long smooth cuts.
4. The center seam of each leg has an opening. Open the seam with a seam ripper, open the seam the same amount you shortened the pant.

Fabric Care

How do I care for knits?
The wonderful quality of this fabric is that it is easy-care, washable, packable, and lasts forever in a wardrobe.

Unfortunately knitted fabrics like poly lycra react like a knit sweater. A handbag with sharp edges or texture as well as seating that has texture like cement lifts the knitted surface and creates pulling. So please make note whenever you purchase knit styles.

For the long life of this easy-care style, please follow the directions: cold water wash, cool dry line dry, do not dry clean.

Can I pick-up from your store?
We currently offer same-day deliveries in NYC to the areas below, pick-ups are not available at this time. Eligible delivery addresses include all of Manhattan, and the following zip codes in Brooklyn: 11201, 11205, 11211, 11212, 11215, 11217, 11218, 11222, 11223, 11224, 11230, 11234, 11235, 11237, 11238, 11249

My package says delivered but I did not receive it.

When is my order shipping?
Standard orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ships the same day. Expedited orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship the same day.

How does the return policy work?
NORMALIFE and WELLNESS CAFE health and beauty products are not eligible for returns, except in the case of damaged product. Clothing items may be returned as per our return policy. Is there an exchange policy?
For efficiency, we don’t have an exchange policy in place. Simply return your order for a refund and place your new order.

Where is my refund?
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 10-14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, any collected sales tax will be refunded. We do not reimburse expedited shipping charges. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
