US Shipping

Standard orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ships the same day. Expedited orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship the same day.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

FedEx does not consider weekends and holidays as business days.
Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season and pop-up sale dates, some shipments may be delayed.

Possible Delays:

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our expedited shipping or international shipping options, please note that we are only provided with an estimated delivery time from our carriers. On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Shipping limitations for HOME items:

NORMALIFE HOME items (including furniture, cushions, and bedding) are only eligible for Ground shipping domestically, as well as international options. The Cone Chair can only be shipped within the continental United States.

Same Day Delivery (select areas only):

Same day delivery is available to New York City addresses in Manhattan and NK popular zip codes (see list below). Orders must be placed on weekdays (excluding national holidays) before 2pm local time, and will be delivered between 5pm and 9pm the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following business day between 1pm and 5pm. Please be available at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive the package. If no one is available to receive the package, delivery will be re-attempted the following day for an additional $45 fee.

Eligible delivery addresses include all of Manhattan, and the following zip codes in Brooklyn: 11201, 11205, 11211, 11212, 11215, 11216, 11217, 11218, 11222, 11223, 11224, 11230, 11231, 11234, 11235, 11237, 11238, 11249

All orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Norma Kamali Inc. offers international shipping to the following countries outside of the United States:

If you do not see the country you wish to ship to listed during checkout, please contact us. Shipping cost, taxes, and duties are calculated and paid for at time of checkout.

Shipping limitations for international customers:

Orders shipping to the UK must be over £135.
We cannot ship NORMALIFE branded products to countries in the EU.

Missing Packages

FedEx allows Norma Kamali to have a 15-day window policy from delivery date to trace/file a claim. After this period the missing order will be considered a loss and might not be eligible for reimbursement. Please contact if you have any questions.

How does the return policy work?

NORMALIFE health and beauty products are not eligible for returns, except in the case of damaged product. Clothing items may be returned as per our return policy. 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it with refunds processed within 10-14 business days.

We provide a FedEx shipping label with your order to place on the outside of your packaged return. Please retain a copy of the tracking number from your label for your records. Your return can be dropped off at any FedEx collection box or given to your FedEx carrier.

PLEASE NOTE: $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if our FedEx label is used. Should you choose not to use our provided label, you may return using any other secured shipping carrier method but we cannot accept liability.

Please ensure that the following is included with your return:
- Item(s) returned new, unused with all garment tags attached, in provided polybag.
- All swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and styles with built-in bodysuits must include the protective adhesive strip.
- Invoice provided with the order.

*Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
*All sale and vintage items are final sale.

International Returns:

International returns (including shipments to non-continental US states and territories) are handled just like domestic returns, with the following exceptions:
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Duties and tax are non-refundable
- Refunds may take longer due to shipping times and payment provider processing times.

Is there an exchange policy?

For efficiency, we don’t have an exchange policy in place. Simply return your order for a refund and place your new order.

Receiving a Refund:

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 10-14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, any collected sales tax will be refunded. We do not reimburse expedited shipping charges.

Repeated Returns:

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.

Late Returns:

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.


Please take care trying on item(s), as all products must be returned new, unused with all garment tags attached, in provided polybag.

Swimwear & Lingerie:

Swimsuits, bikini bottoms, bodysuits, and briefs should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Any styles returned without the protective adhesive strip will not be accepted.

Faulty goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it.  If you have any questions, please contact customer service.


We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Ineligible Items:

Due to the nature of the merchandise, non-clothing NORMALIFE products are considered Final Sale and may not be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, beauty, cosmetics, culinary, health and massage products.

Final Sale:

During our sale clearance, products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Promo Codes:

Promo codes must be applied during checkout, refunds for promo codes cannot be issued once an order is processed.
