All full priced apparel items may be returned within 30 days for a refund back to the original form of payment, the return window begins on the day your order is delivered.

All discounted items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund.

All Vintage and NORMALIFE items are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund.

Repeated Returns:

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.

Late Returns:

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted and the item(s) will be returned to you.


Please be careful when trying on item(s), as all products must be returned new, unused with all garment tags attached, in the provided polybag. If the goods are returned without the tags attached or not in the polybag, your return will be rejected and the item(s) will be returned to you.


Please do not try on the garment while wearing heavy perfume or makeup. Please take care to avoid getting any makeup or tan on the item. Please be mindful of pet hair or fur shedding from bedding, rugs, or furnishings. If the goods are returned containing traces of makeup or tan, deodorant, lint or fur, smells of perfume, smoke, body odors, rips/holes, or stains, your return will be rejected and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Swimsuits, bikini bottoms, bodysuits, and briefs should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Any styles returned without the protective adhesive strip will not be accepted and the item(s) will be returned to you.

If your returned goods are deemed to be worn, used, damaged, or fail to meet the terms of our return policy, you will receive an email from FedEx notifying you of the return shipment. The return reason will be in the email.

Faulty Goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items which are damaged because of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.



We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of color will be completely accurate.

Ineligible Items:

Due to the nature of the merchandise, non-clothing NORMALIFE and Wellness Cafe products are considered Final Sale and may not be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, beauty, cosmetics, culinary, health, and massage products. If you return these items, the return will be rejected and returned to you.

For efficiency, we don’t have an exchange policy in place. Simply return your order for a refund and place your new order.

For US customers, a preaddressed FedEx label will be provided with orders containing full priced apparel items eligible for return. Items must be returned in their corresponding polybag. Please retain a copy of the tracking number from your label for your records. Your return can be dropped off at any FedEx collection box or given to your FedEx carrier.

 If your order contains a mixture of full-price and sale items, has been discounted with a promo code, or has been delivered via Same-Day service, please email customer service to obtain a return label via email.

PLEASE NOTE: $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if our FedEx label is used. Should you choose not to use our provided label, you may return using any other secured shipping carrier method, but we cannot accept liability.

To initiate a return outside of the us (including shipments to non-continental us states and territories), please send all eligible items to the address below. Items must be returned in their corresponding polybag with a copy of your packing slip enclosed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass-through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All international customers are responsible for payment of return labels and all associated shipping fees. Refunds may take longer due to shipping times and payment provider processing times.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, any collected sales tax will be refunded. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

We do not provide a shipping label for International Orders and Final Sale Items.
