The Nut Seed Bread is a gluten-free vegan favorite. This nutrient-rich, densely textured bread is made with toasted Oregon hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and a sweet note of pureed organic dried cherries and currants. Toast a slice to bring out the deep flavors and satisfying crunch, and top it with almond butter and berry jam – just like they do at Jane.
Bread is baked fresh on Saturday and Sunday and will be shipped on Monday and Tuesday via USPS (2-3 day shipping time; US addresses only). Orders must be received by Thursday at Noon EST to be shipped the following Monday and Tuesday.

Amanda Michael is the award-winning baker, founder and owner of the Jane Cafe Group. Even after ten years, Michael can still be found on-site at one of Jane’s four locations at 6am on many days. A maker who relishes innovation, the chef funnels her imagination into a broad range of baked goods, healthy salads and sandwiches and a wide selection of breads.
Today, across its four locations, Jane has almost 100 full-time employees. Michael is a hands-on owner concerned about the quality of all their offerings, alongside her general operations manager Tom Hopson, head bread baker Javier Santana, and Head Pastry Baker Victoria Chable. Michael is happy to be in a competitive culinary city, full of people who love to eat and discuss food. “San Francisco has several significant cafés and bakeries,” says Michael. “We all hold each other to a very high standard.”
